About the Role
• Design, develop and implement risk models for sustainable investments
• Design, develop and implement quantitative risk models in Python Jupyter Notebook
• Prototype and launch quantitative risk desktop, mobile, and webs applications for sustainable investments
• Design, develop and test quantitative risk API solutions for sustainable investments
• Organize and analyze various risk datasets for sustainable investments
• Conduct research on quantitative risk models development
• Analyse risk profiles of different portfolios and strategies using statistical techniques
• Work collaboratively with technical and non-technical
• Communicating and presenting quantitative risk models to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Write blogs, articles, and research publications on quantitative risk development projects for sustainable investment
Requirements
Able to commit to working online every Saturday from 9 am – 5 pm UK time for 12 weeks
Strong desire to gain valuable work experience as a Quantitative Risk Developer
Knowledge of Python
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Maths, Physics or Engineering or equivalent
Basic understanding of concepts as market data, risk, hedging, portfolio analysis, and general awareness of how risk works in finance
Product development portfolio on GitHub or equivalent
Knowledge of software development practices
Excellent communication, analytical and quantitative skills
knowledge of Agile and Scrum
Strong interest in Financial Risk
Training will be provided for the successful candidate
